1/2023- Present: I hold the position of “Graphic design Lead” at Valnet Inc..

Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Recruiting, training and managing a team of 5 designers for Valnet, that is solely and fully responsible for the production of all of the 2d assets for the Youtube channels and the websites of:
  “ScreenRant“, “Pitch Meeting“, “The Richest“, “The Richest: How They Spend Millions“, “CBR“, “The Things“, “The Things Celebrity” and “The Things Animated“and “GiveMeSport“.
• Overseeing the collaborative production of hundreds of unique design assets per month, that adhere to proprietary criteria, the YouTube guidelines and key quality factors to maximize clicks/views.
• Conducting frequent market research to attain a competitive edge.
